According to Albert Ellis (1987), therapies will be going to be more like education clients. I agree with this idea partly because more people needs ‘less time’ to get well. We are not able to give them long term therapies because they may not have time for it and also economical concerns play big role on the therapies. Another factor is that importance of early interventions. Behavioral Therapy can easily be applied to children so they may not develop a disorder in future. As long as early interventions and preventions are getting more interest on psychology field, behavioral therapy will grow.
